So, we are on something around here - it's called shakeology. Sadie still can't pronounce her L's, so it comes out "shakeogy". It's so cute. Anyway, shakeology is a healthy meal replacement drink that has lots of vitamins and stuff - Brian and I are drinking it, but the most amazing part of the whole thing is that Mersadie LOVES this drink and I love that she loves it because it is so healthy and she's not much of a veggie eater - she's kinda like her mom.
